Rawlins v. Weaver, 317 S.W.3d 512 (Tex. App.—Dallas 2010, no pet.).
The trial court granted Executor’s order to sell specified real
property of the estate. An appeal followed. The appellate court held
that it lacked jurisdiction to hear the appeal as the order was
interlocutory and hence non-appealable.
Moral: An order to sell estate property is not appealable.
