In re Chesses 2012 WL 1943764 (Tex. App.—El Paso 2012, no pet.).
Contestant sought disclosure of Testator’s Adult Protective Services file and the right to depose the APS caseworker. The trial court denied the request and Contestant sought a writ of mandamus. The appellate court conditionally granted the writ determining that the APS file and caseworker testimony are essential to the administration of justice.
